If you find a company suitable, contact their consultants to dig out for more information by either e-mailing them or sending a letter to their mailing address.

If they have provided helpline numbers, call them and ask questions relevant to the kind of job you’re looking for. Basically when you’re in the stage of identifying your needs, you categorize them as wide range of travel nursing positions, high salary, a lot of benefits, etc. Before contacting the right companies make sure that you have the right qualification to be eligible for a travel nurse position.

Compile a list of companies you think suitable and start interviewing them one by one. Jot down their main features, their objectives and the way they responded to your questions. If you have friends or acquaintances that are already working in certain positions as nurses, go to them and ask about companies they recommend. Sort out whether these companies meet your needs and are they flexible in their approach of recruitment.
